All though easily accessed and in close proximity to Imerovigli and Fira, a car is recommended for those that are in the mood for exploration…

Accommodation
Built in an extremely privileged spot overlooking the Caldera on private grounds the villa dominates the area and is surrounded by private gardens.
With no neighboring houses, “Architect’s House” offers the utmost privacy that one can find in the whole island of Santorini.
The property is well arranged and offers spacious, stylish living and dining rooms with French doors opening to the terrace and the pool area, fully fitted & equipped kitchen, three generously sized bedrooms, two bathroom and courtyard.
Designed for small groups and families and initially intended to be the permanent residence of a Greek family the property comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Another single bed that can accommodate the needs of a child or an accompanying nanny is located in the small “open” attic!
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with French doors leading to the terrace and then on to the gardens and eventually the infinity pool.
Built in levels it is ample, minimal, fully furnished and equipped! Designed with great respect to the local architecture is the ideal spot for relaxing moments away of the sun…
In the living area which is found just in front of you the moment you enter the house you will be met by two colorful sofas that are lying next to the fireplace… A flat screen Satellite TV is just placed in the right corner to allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation.
And just on the other side of the room only two steps higher is the dining area that is furnished with a wooden dining table and designer’s dining chairs.
Spacious, live-in kitchen… Full of colors, modernly designed and fully equipped with all the electrical appliances, cookware, tableware, cutlery and crockery is at the guests’ disposal for preparing your meals or just your snacks.
And if you are just in the mood to try some local dishes then a local cook can be arranged to come in and prepare your meals for you.
Infinity…. nicely shaped… is just built in a sensational spot of the private grounds boasting uninterrupted views across Santorini’s Caldera, the Volcano and the endless Aegean Sea.
And just a few passes away, on the side of the pool, over the edge of the cliffs lies the heated Jacuzzi.
The pool area, and the verandas are fully furnished with comfy day beds as well as tables and chairs while the palm trees offering their shade for those seeking time away of the sun…

Architect's House offers you the convenience to choose among two different Rate Plans in order to find the one that better meets your needs.
The 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation.
This deposit (-3% credit card expenses) is fully refundable according to our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation of your reservation 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, results in 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation cost.
Cancellation of your reservation 3 days or less prior to the arrival date, non-show or early departure results in a 100% cancellation fee (The total reservation cost).
The total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation and it is non refundable in case of cancellation, modification or non show.
